đŻ Requirements
⢠Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service ⢠Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in: Korean and English ⢠Contact centre experience of at least 6-12 months is preferred ⢠Track record of achieving targets ⢠Problem-solving oriented ⢠Consumer-oriented mindset ⢠Great interpersonal skills ⢠Technology adept ⢠Familiarity with CRM systems ⢠Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems ⢠Research skills ⢠Detail-oriented ⢠Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own
