📋 Description

• Provide accurate, professional consecutive interpretation between Cantonese and English during live voice conversations • Facilitate communication between Cantonese-speaking and English-speaking parties across healthcare, banking, legal, government, police, immigration, insurance, social services, and other essential services • Maintain accuracy, impartiality, professionalism, and confidentiality throughout every interaction • Listen actively and interpret information clearly while preserving the meaning and intent of the original speaker • Deliver a high standard of customer service during every interaction • Support video interpretation following successful completion of the three-month probation period • Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and interpreter protocols • Successfully complete all required training and assessments before deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese and English, particularly in spoken and listening communication • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience; or candidates without a bachelor's degree must have at least 5 years of full-time work experience • Willing and able to relocate to and be based in Thailand • Willing and able to work a permanent night shift • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate information accurately • Previous interpreting or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required • Must pass a language assessment before joining the training programme • Must successfully complete the final assessment following the training programme • Must have a reliable home internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps
