📋 Description

• Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation using RPA • Educate and present RPA implementation strategies to a wide spectrum of audiences • Act as a trusted advisor recommending process automation improvements • Work with process owners/SMEs and technology teams to analyse and assess automation feasibility • Automate processes with RPA platforms to deliver business value • Deliver across all project phases: Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test • Document business requirements, processes and work instructions using in-house methodologies • Define technical, operational and user requirements • Create conceptual architecture and solution design materials • Develop solutions against the design • Develop and implement quality control and testing procedures, troubleshoot and train automation robots • Partner with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions and requirements strategies • Support change management of existing processes • Develop training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Around 2 years of prior related work experience, preferably in a technology or consulting environment • Experience in the Financial Services sector will be a bonus • Experience in analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts • Experience in application development, complex code development, application testing and component design • Experience with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath or other automation software preferred • .NET or Java programming knowledge is a plus • Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team with professionals at all levels • Strong commitment to professional and service excellence • Excellent oral and written communication, planning, project management, networking and influencing skills • Project planning and task estimation • Strong analytical skills and logical approach • Experience interacting with external clients • Experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project work • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, verbally and in writing
