• Support our Swiss premium clients in the food industry • Provide professional customer support for a variety of inquiries and concerns • Act as the knowledgeable first point of contact — particularly as a coffee specialist
• Swiss German language skills at a minimum of C1 level; English at B1 level is a plus • Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment • Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team • Computer skills • Reliable internet connection for remote work — download: 10 Mbps; upload: 5 Mbps (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)
• Permanent full-time employment (40 working hours per week) • Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net per working day) + transport allowance (60 KM net) • Full-time contract from the first day of training • Paid 4-week training in our Sarajevo office — accommodation, transport and all expenses covered by TP B&H • Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross • Additional pay for work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime
