📋 Description

• Build and nurture the Run Monster Run fandom across Discord, Reddit, Facebook groups, and other relevant online communities • Spark conversations around episodes, characters, storylines, theories, and memorable moments • Engage with fans, respond to comments and questions, and keep discussions active and welcoming • Organize polls, discussions, fan challenges, contests, and other community activities • Identify existing communities where fans may be present and introduce the show to them • Help fans connect with one another and create a sense of belonging around the series • Share insights with the team about fan interests, discussions, and engagement drivers • Explore ways to encourage meaningful engagement and strengthen the relationship between the show and its audience • Maintain a positive, inclusive community environment and handle spam, inappropriate behavior, and conflicts • Success includes increasing participation, repeat engagement, fan discovery, and audience insights

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing, moderating, or growing online communities, ideally on Discord, Reddit, or Facebook groups • Strong understanding of online fandom culture and community participation • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage naturally with different types of people online • Creativity and initiative in starting conversations, organizing activities, and encouraging participation • Ability to build genuine connections with community members • Good judgment when moderating discussions, handling disagreements, and keeping communities welcoming and respectful • Proactive, organized approach to managing multiple communities and keeping them active over time • Genuine interest in entertainment, animated shows, and related communities
