📋 Description

• Run and grow Run Monster Run's TikTok and Instagram fan pages • Hunt for funny, wild, surprising, or memorable moments in animated episodes and turn them into shareable short-form videos • Coordinate the content pipeline with other editors and edit videos when needed • Edit and repurpose existing content into attention-grabbing clips • Find creative ways to connect with fans, spark conversations, and encourage engagement with characters and stories • Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and fandom culture • Experiment with hooks, captions, editing styles, and formats • Analyze performance, meaningful engagement, shares, comments, and repeat interactions • Build a consistent posting rhythm while maintaining relevance to the show's audience and world

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of TikTok and/or Instagram accounts personally grown or managed, including actual accounts, growth, and results achieved • Hands-on experience managing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts, ideally with a track record of growing an audience and generating strong engagement • Portfolio of short-form edits, clips, Reels, or other social-media-first content demonstrating creativity and ability to capture attention • Strong instincts for identifying compelling moments and turning them into content that makes people laugh, react, comment, or share • Solid understanding of internet culture, viral trends, and online fandoms • Audience-first mindset focused on meaningful engagement beyond follower counts • Experience growing fan pages, entertainment accounts, or social media accounts built around existing shows, characters, celebrities, or other IPs • Genuine interest in animation and animated shows, with appreciation for related communities and fandoms • Creative, proactive approach to testing ideas, learning from results, and finding new ways to grow an engaged audience • Availability to start as soon as possible
