📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using best practices • Create and support CI/CD pipelines • Deploy enterprise-scale projects on AWS • Work with Kubernetes and other latest technologies • Automate build, release, monitoring, alerting, and observability processes for infrastructure and products • Design and execute technical solutions that improve speed and quality • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Participate in the on-call rotation to support applications • Collaborate with team members and other staff • Ensure security and compliance requirements are met • Contribute to infrastructure supporting the engineering department and Tempo products • Participate in European and Global Site Reliability Engineer teams developing core designs and standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Linux, Bash, and Terraform is required • Confidence working with monitoring and alerting systems • Experience deploying complex software solutions in a cloud environment • Proficiency with AWS or other cloud-hosted services • Solid understanding of software design patterns • Ability to learn quickly and adopt new technologies • Highly analytical approach to solving difficult problems • Responsible, proactive, positive, and honest • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback • Ability to consider task context and broader goals • Ability to solicit stakeholder input for project decisions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Resume must be submitted in English • Preferred: experience with Helm, FluxCD, GitHub Actions, Ansible, or Datadog • Preferred: experience supporting Java/Kotlin applications • Preferred: experience developing for the Atlassian ecosystem
