📋 Description

• Advise premium cardholders by phone and email in German and English • Handle customer inquiries from quote preparation through billing for individual trips • Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies • Create tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries • Advise clients and facilitate unique luxury travel experiences • Sell special promotions and exclusive offers • Serve High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients with leisure travel requests • Deliver concierge services through Ten’s proprietary technology-enabled platform and lifestyle management expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent professional German and English language skills, written and spoken, at C2 level according to the Common European Framework • Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture • GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus • Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure • Flexibility to work 5 days per week between 07:00–21:00 GMT, either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday • Legal right to live and work in Spain without visa sponsorship • Relevant professional experience within the travel industry • Hands-on experience advising clients and booking travel arrangements • Not suitable for career changers • Located in Spain • Secure home office at the confirmed address, free from background noise or distractions • Minimum required internet speeds for remote or hybrid work, verified during recruitment and onboarding
