📋 Description

• Serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across Southeast Asia • Work with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams to understand AI and machine learning workloads • Guide technical evaluations and deployments • Troubleshoot issues across hardware and software • Help customers realize the performance of Tenstorrent’s AI platforms • Build regional customer relationships • Architect and deploy AI/ML solutions across customer use cases, including Generative AI and LLM applications • Lead the customer engagement lifecycle from pre-sales technical discovery and demonstrations through proof-of-concept delivery and production deployment • Collaborate with product development, engineering, research, sales, and business development teams • Help establish regional service capabilities and support growth of a Tenstorrent office in Southeast Asia • Travel regularly throughout Southeast Asia for customer-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-focused technical professional able to build trust with application developers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders • Ability to translate complex AI/ML hardware and software concepts into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences • Proactive and self-directed problem-solving ability • Ability to coordinate internal teams, external service providers, and customer stakeholders across Southeast Asia • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery • 5+ years of working experience with hardware and software technology around AI • Experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware • Strong Python programming skills • Deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vision models, model deployment, training, or fine-tuning preferred • Experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications in cloud environments • Experience physically installing, moving, and repairing servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Experience with C++, CUDA, parallel programming, or kernel development is a plus • English, Mandarin, and Malay language proficiency listed as a plus • Employment contingent upon eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology; citizenship/permanent residency or prior license approval may be required
