📋 Description

• Support customers with test and measurement challenges and help grow the business in Asia • Support key accounts focused on optical communication, including Photonic IC developers, optical transceiver companies, foundries, test houses, OSATs, and equipment developers • Provide in-depth technical support for complex Photonic IC ATE test setups during validation, pre-production, and high-volume manufacturing • Cooperate with the Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager to maximize business opportunities and achieve or exceed sales targets • Interpret customer requirements, identify optimal solutions, and provide consultative services • Optimize test flows, debug issues, and provide automation examples • Create technical proposals with detailed test configurations and value propositions • Build complex test setups and execute experiments to generate customer proof-point data and test results • Provide first- and second-level technical support • Perform product demonstrations and support on-site technical evaluations • Provide excellent customer service and support • Promote existing and new products in person, at trade shows, and through online sales presentations • Maintain positive long-term relationships with key customers • Work closely with customers as an industry peer and consultant on R&D, validation/characterization, and high-volume manufacturing test problems

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in technical support and/or development role for ATE and Photonics Test • Broad experience with optical tests throughout the product life cycle: R&D, DVT, and HVM • Experience with Photonics and HSIO test and measurement equipment and solutions • Experience with sampling oscilloscopes, BERTs, tunable lasers, optical spectrum analyzers, wavelength and polarization dependent measurements, RIN, and LIV-curves • Software automation expertise with API, SCPI, gRPC, and PXIe • Experience with common programming languages such as Python and C++ • Deep expertise in optimizing test flows, test time, and throughput • Knowledge of the optical communication ecosystem in Asia • Strong technical problem-solving skills in Photonics and HSIO test • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate with clarity and technical acumen • Desire to become a trusted advisor to customers and regularly interface with key technical contacts • Comfortable working autonomously while setting and achieving ambitious goals • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills • Minimum bachelor's degree in Physics (Photonics) or Electrical Engineering • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Proven team player
