📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate business process workshops with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders • Capture requirements for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation spanning Inventory Management, Order Management, Indirect Procurement, and related logistics processes • Own end-to-end functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement • Translate workshop outcomes into a working, standard-first system design • Configure and maintain Oracle article/item master setup for fashion and apparel use cases • Support extraction, transformation, and loading of legacy ERP master and historical data into Oracle Fusion • Own integration design connecting Oracle Fusion with Shopify for e-commerce order and inventory synchronization • Design integrations with warehouse management systems for outbound and inbound logistics • Collaborate with Tessera's distributed FDE delivery and AI engineering teams • Report to the Program Director / Engagement Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Senior consulting engagement experience • Experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud Logistics and Supply Chain Management workstreams • Experience with greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement • Experience owning the Indirect Procurement value stream • Experience configuring Oracle article/item masters • Knowledge of fashion and apparel industry best practices, including style, color, and size hierarchies, seasonal and pre-pack/kit structures • Knowledge of Oracle Retail conventions • Experience with ETL of item, article, inventory, master, and historical data from legacy ERP systems • Experience with integration design for Shopify e-commerce order and inventory synchronization • Experience integrating with warehouse management systems for outbound and inbound logistics • Excellent spoken and written business English • Ability to run workshops and present directly to business stakeholders and client leadership • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for Tessera Labs • Must address current or future immigration sponsorship requirements
