📋 Description

• Lead quality assurance and automation activities within a large-scale Pega transformation programme • Develop and execute test strategies and automation frameworks • Perform risk-based test design and automated regression testing • Maintain requirements traceability and test evidence • Manage defects and quality metrics • Integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines • Conduct performance and non-functional testing • Lead testing activities across critical business journeys and release cycles • Support release readiness and quality assurance • Analyze and report test coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience • 7+ years of experience in Pega test automation • Strong expertise in test automation strategy and frameworks • Strong expertise in risk-based test design • Strong expertise in automated regression testing • Strong expertise in requirements traceability and test evidence • Strong expertise in defect management and quality metrics • Strong expertise in CI/CD test integration • Strong expertise in performance and non-functional testing • Experience leading testing activities on enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills • Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments • Pega Platform Testing • Test Automation Framework Design • Automated Regression Suite Development • CI/CD Pipeline Integration • Defect Management and Root Cause Analysis • Release Readiness and Quality Assurance • Test Coverage Analysis and Reporting • Performance and Non-Functional Testing • Agile Testing Practices • ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Automation Engineer certification • ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Manager certification • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
