📋 Description

• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for Salesforce dynamic DOM structures, shadow DOMs, and nested iframe architectures • Build and execute end-to-end regression test scripts across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds during sprint releases • Validate Salesforce Flows, custom validation rules, profile-level access, page layouts, and sharing models • Perform REST/SOAP integration and API testing for transactions between Salesforce and external ERP or database layers • Manage test data by creating, seeding, and purging realistic records across developer sandboxes • Perform manual validation and defect triage, document reproduction steps, track resolution lifecycles, and collaborate with developers • Integrate test suites into DevOps CI/CD pipelines to trigger automated regression tests after repository merges

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of enterprise software quality assurance experience • 3+ years of dedicated experience engineering QA scripts specifically for the Salesforce platform • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification • Strong technical mastery of Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python, or Playwright modified for Salesforce objects • Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, standard fields, record types, governor limits, security permissions, and pipeline deployment models • Preferred: ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level software testing certification • Preferred: Experience validating Salesforce CPQ configurations, MuleSoft integrations, or mobile responsiveness patterns for the Salesforce Field Service app
