📋 Description

• Help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction • Focus on desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages • Build and maintain developer tools • Integrate AI agents into engineering workflows • Improve code quality and delivery automation • Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including repository guidance and required integrations • Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures, propose fixes, and provide actionable evidence • Improve automated pull request reviews by evaluating finding accuracy and reducing reviewer noise • Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions • Work with package owners on practical thresholds and targeted refactoring • Improve development environments, testing, and build and release workflows • Prioritize improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs • Refine workflows with engineers, including agents for CI failure investigation, compatibility and performance regression diagnosis, and package interface or architecture impact detection

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills • Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents • Sound judgment about AI tool limitations, output validation, and human review • Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures • Strong approach to code quality, maintainable code, useful automated checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring • Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineers • Clear communication in English within a remote, globally distributed team
