📋 Description

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, financial institutions, retailers, and large enterprises globally • Understand customer needs and design tailored solutions leveraging the broader Tether ecosystem • Combine capabilities across stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and other products into commercial propositions • Originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships and deployments • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders • Coordinate customers, external implementation partners, and Tether’s internal product and business teams • Design and execute complex, multi-product projects • Translate market and customer requirements into actionable opportunities • Own strategic projects from engagement through structuring, execution, and scale • Monitor project success post-implementation using selected KPIs • Define priority markets, industries, partners, and financial infrastructure use cases • Build and manage a global pipeline of strategic opportunities • Build and lead the Financial Infrastructure Expansion team globally • Establish KPIs, execution playbooks, and commercial processes • Work with regional Expansion teams to identify and accelerate opportunities • Identify implementation partners for successful project execution • Represent Tether in strategic meetings with enterprises, financial institutions, governments, regulators, and industry leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development • Strong understanding of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure • Proven ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into multi-product solutions • Tangible experience personally originating, structuring, and closing large strategic partnerships • Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across banks, financial institutions, fintechs, telcos, and large enterprises • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strong ability to work across different product, technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory teams • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience building and managing high-performing teams
