📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the P2P stack. • Expand the ecosystem, including over 1500 public npm modules and a robust, modular codebase. • Build and maintain production-scale Node.js applications. • Create and manage reusable npm modules. • Test and debug software. • Optimize network protocols or systems for latency and throughput. • Collaborate within a remote, globally distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Node.js development with production-scale applications. • Strong competency in writing modular, maintainable code. • Experience creating and managing reusable npm modules. • Solid skillset in testing & debugging. • Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems. • Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team; good communication skills. • Preferred: Experience with native Node.js extensions (C/C++), or binding JS to lower-level code. • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to optimize network protocols or systems: latency, throughput, etc. • Preferred: Familiarity with advanced networking concepts. • Preferred: Past contributions to OSS projects, especially in P2P or decentralized tech.
