📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Tether’s P2P stack • Expand the ecosystem supporting more than 1,500 public npm modules • Build and maintain a robust, modular codebase • Develop production-scale Node.js applications • Create and manage reusable npm modules • Test and debug software • Optimize network protocols and systems for latency and throughput • Collaborate with a remote, globally distributed team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Node.js development with production-scale applications • Strong competency in writing modular, maintainable code • Experience creating and managing reusable npm modules • Solid skillset in testing and debugging • Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems • Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team • Good communication skills • Preferred: experience with native Node.js extensions using C/C++ or binding JavaScript to lower-level code • Preferred: ability to optimize network protocols or systems for latency and throughput • Preferred: familiarity with advanced networking concepts • Preferred: contributions to open-source software projects, especially in P2P or decentralized technology
