📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Tether’s P2P stack • Expand the Holepunch ecosystem • Build and maintain modular code across an ecosystem of over 1500 public npm modules • Develop production-scale Node.js applications • Create and manage reusable npm modules • Test and debug software • Collaborate within a remote, globally distributed team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Node.js development with production-scale applications • Strong competency in writing modular, maintainable code • Experience creating and managing reusable npm modules • Solid skillset in testing & debugging • Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems • Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team • Good communication skills • Preferred: Experience with native Node.js extensions (C/C++), or binding JS to lower-level code • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to optimize network protocols or systems, including latency and throughput • Preferred: Familiarity with advanced networking concepts • Preferred: Past contributions to OSS projects, especially in P2P or decentralized tech
