📋 Description

• Independently build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure setups using the Pear platform and Bare runtime • Record clear, engaging, high-quality screen-share walkthroughs and video demos • Demonstrate code functionality, peer discovery, synchronization, and system value • Translate protocol updates, cryptographic primitives, and technical documentation into visual developer content • Create code-along videos, step-by-step guides, and interactive repositories • Collaborate with P2P protocol and product engineering teams on upcoming Pear and Bare features • Rapidly prototype peer-to-peer chat, file-sync, and data-replication applications • Demonstrate resilient, serverless products built with the ecosystem • Collaborate with technical influencers, developer advocates, and content creators • Provide technical assets, co-create code-along challenges, and support developer adoption of Pear and Bare

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in Technical Content Creation, Solutions Engineering, or Backend/Systems Development • Proficiency in NodeJS, C/C++, or similar programming languages used across the ecosystem • Solid understanding of peer-to-peer (P2P) networking • Solid understanding of distributed systems • Solid understanding of hypercore/append-only-log style data structures • Solid understanding of decentralized application architecture • Experience recording and editing polished technical screen-shares, terminal recordings, or video tutorials • Experience with tools such as Loom, Camtasia, or Screenflow • Ability to understand complex P2P protocols or runtimes and create effective demos or sample projects • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, distributed environment across global time zones • Excellent English communication skills
