• Manage existing customers in the retail grocery sector and actively develop these relationships • Acquire new partners through in-person meetings and telephone prospecting • Increase product visibility through prominent placement and displays • Present products on-site and provide professional, solution-oriented advice • Organize tastings and sales promotions • Monitor trends and competitors and conduct market analysis • Regularly report on achievements and market insights • Represent fayn at trade fairs and sales events

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field sales, ideally in the food sector or retail grocery • Passion for high-quality products and the ability to make a compelling presentation • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to assert your position • Structured, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach to work • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory • Class B driver's license • Very good written and spoken German • Initial professional experience and motivation to take the next step in your career
