📋 Description

• Manage and execute tactical plans and provide operational support for the creation and review of scientific/medical assets • Plan and coordinate information tactics with agencies • Track and manage timelines and progress • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders and agencies • Monitor budgets • Develop process guidelines, workflows, diagrams, metrics and reports for the scientific/medical asset creation and review process • Act as a trainer and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on platforms, guidelines and processes • Keep up to date on company innovation strategies and support local implementation when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others) • Master’s degree in a Scientific Field with on top education in Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent, highly valued • Solid project management skills • Good communication, coordination and time management skills • Fluent in oral and written English • At least three years’ experience in scientific/medical asset creation in Pharma/Biotech • At least three years of proven success in Medical/Scientific Operations Management in a Big Pharma or Creative/communications agency working with Big Pharma • Strong ability to build meaningful and trusted relationships with others • Practical experience negotiating solutions and resolving conflict
