📋 Description

• Facilitate, oversee, and provide complete business support for the business development team from client meetings through proposal generation and contract closing • Manage complex proposal, contract, and change order processes • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client-facing documents and project budgets • Serve as senior subject matter expert and key contact for internal stakeholders and clients • Lead negotiations with clients, Legal, Business Development, and operational teams regarding contractual terms, budgets, Letters of Intent, Start-up Agreements, Work Orders, and Change Orders • Provide strategic commercial guidance to senior leadership, Business Development teams, and project teams • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Support workload management and prioritization within the Proposals & Contracts team • Ensure compliance with TFS SOPs, processes, policies, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the CRO industry • Experience in proposal development, budget generation, contracts management, clinical research, business development, or sales • Expertise in proposal writing, contract negotiation, budget development, and commercial operations within a CRO environment • Strong understanding of clinical research, drug development processes, and CRO business operations • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems such as Salesforce
