📋 Description

• Delivering and administering content management services across a range of platforms • Creating and configuring new web pages within various CMS platforms • Uploading and managing content including text, images, videos, and infographics • Testing and ensuring content displays and functions correctly across webpages • Collaborating with Account Management teams and communicating directly with clients when required • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their current and future needs are met • Working towards and supporting client KPIs and business objectives • Delivering all tasks on time and to a high standard • Following internal processes, procedures, and external compliance requirements • Providing support and cover for team members when necessary • Carrying out ad-hoc duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent IT skills with strong proficiency in Adobe tools and Microsoft Office • Strong organisational and administrative abilities • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to follow processes while also working independently • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and overcome challenges • Strong project management and customer service skills • A keen interest in digital marketing • Native-level proficiency in a language other than English • Understanding of online marketing and web development principles • Experience working with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento or Ektron
