📋 Description

• responsible for delivering and administering content management services across a range of platforms, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely updates for our clients. • work with a variety of Content Management Systems including Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and others.

🎯 Requirements

• Create and configure new web pages within various CMS platforms • Upload and manage content including text, images, videos, and infographics • Test and ensure content displays and functions correctly across webpages • Collaborate with Account Management teams and communicate directly with clients when required • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their current and future needs are met • Work towards and support client KPIs and business objectives • Deliver all tasks on time and to a high standard • Follow internal processes, procedures, and external compliance requirements • Provide support and cover for team members when necessary • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required
