📋 Description

• Drive local Thales Data & Application Security sales across Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, and Serbia through direct or indirect channels, focusing on direct sales • Target key accounts and new prospects • Manage sales activities and exceed targets • Nurture and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities • Build enduring relationships with clients and partners • Manage pricing and margins for profitability • Enhance client relationships using ethical sales methods and compelling propositions • Use data management tools for accurate customer interactions and information • Partner with distributors on marketing activities • Engage customers through various communication channels with internal staff support • Report sales activities and provide accurate forecasts and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to degree level with a business or IT related qualification • Experience selling IT Security solutions to large enterprises • Existing network with CISOs of the region’s top companies is beneficial • Proven structured approach and methodology to organise, manage and execute a detailed Sales Territory Plan • Very good English language skills • Fluency in an additional language familiar in the sales region is beneficial • Knowledge of underlying security technologies • Broad proficiency in software and hardware IT • Ability to communicate sales and marketing strategy and articulate the Thales message to varied audiences
