📋 Description

• Perform architectural drafting and layout work for residential projects • Prepare detailed drawings from supplied plans and sketches • Use Autodesk AutoCAD and other design software • Perform straightforward calculations related to construction details • Provide timely updates on drawing completion and workload • Manage department workflow and output, prioritizing and assigning projects • Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings for residential projects • Provide project guidance and leadership and create training and development as needed • Calculate project time and budget estimates based on required materials and resources • Maintain a system for recurring or standard projects • Ensure finished projects align with customer and project requirements • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient • Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience • Knowledge of design software tools such as AutoCAD • Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations related to construction details • Ability to prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches • Ability to provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload • Experience and proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD drafting required • Professional attitude and ethical behavior • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate and convey information between expert teams • Organization skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize activities and assign priorities • Ability to follow orders or specific instructions when needed • Own computer (laptop/desktop) with internet access • Comfortable using Hubstaff time-tracking software • Work samples or portfolio required for screening • 1.5–2 minute voice note in English required • U.S. citizen or U.S. work permit eligibility question included in application
