📋 Description

• Handle and resolve outstanding accounts for residential and commercial clients • Perform effective and professional collection calls to clients • Prepare reports from supplied data and documentation • Provide timely updates for collection status and workload • Manage day-to-day workflow in collections, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English Knowledge • Strong Background in Collections: Verifiable experience in collections or a related field • Knowledge of Collection Software Tools: Such as Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, and specialized collections software • Ability to Perform: Effective and professional collection calls to clients • Prepare Reports: From supplied data and documentation • Provide Timely Updates: For collection status and workload • Experience and Proficiency: In handling collections and using various communication tools is required • Professionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behavior • Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills • Teamwork Orientation: Ability to communicate and convey information between teams • Organization Skills and Attention to Detail: Ability to self-organize given activities and keep a thorough record of tasks, pointers, and process updates • Prioritization Skills: Ability to identify, establish, and assign priorities • Compliance: Ability to comply when necessary; following orders or specific instructions if needed
