📋 Description
• Collaborate with various departments and entities across the organization to address and support their HR-related needs. • Serve as the first point of contact for questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general concerns or inquiries. • Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process. • Oversee the credentialing process, including distributing insurance applications and facilitating communication pertaining to the credentialing of staff. • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of records, including background checks, certifications, credentialing, licensing, training, and other necessary documentation to comply with insurance and legal regulations. • Support HR projects focused on improving compliance and organizational efficiency. • Achieve key HR performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to support departmental goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant HR experience is preferred. • Advanced English Knowledge. • Experience with HR processes and compliance. • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects and complete tasks while working in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently. • Professional presence and demeanor.
