📋 Description
• Lead the administration, optimization, and technical enhancement of core ERP (NetSuite) • Manage NetSuite configurations including custom fields, custom forms, custom records, custom segments, and subtabs • Design, build, and debug NetSuite Workflows (SuiteFlow) to automate internal approval routings and validation processes • Author complex Saved Searches, financial reports, KPI scorecards, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks for finance and leadership stakeholders • Build complex, multi-step Workato recipes using conditional logic, lookup tables, and custom triggers to sync master data between HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, Chargebee, Xero, and QuickBooks • Ensure strict techno-functional reconciliation of transaction statuses, payment processing webhooks, and tax compliance data
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of dual functional and technical NetSuite administration experience • 2+ years of continuous experience building, deploying, and maintaining automated data integration pipelines using Workato • Proven track record integrating or administering recurring billing engines (Chargebee) and mid-market accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks Online) • Practical experience working with Salesforce or HubSpot APIs, objects, and standard workflows • Proven track record of gathering business requirements, testing in NetSuite Sandboxes, and managing production releases
