📋 Description

• Develop and execute IFSA's enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy • Scale the organization's data lake from pilot to enterprise adoption and define future-state capabilities • Lead design, implementation, and evolution of a centralized data lake integrating CRM, marketing automation, web, event, financial, and operational data • Establish enterprise master data management, identity resolution, and system-of-record standards • Lead CRM transformation initiatives, including migration from Salesforce and HubSpot • Design and implement AI-enabled workflows for data cleansing, validation, transformation, migration, monitoring, and business process automation • Establish AI governance, security, and auditability standards • Develop and maintain enterprise data governance frameworks, data quality controls, metadata management, privacy compliance, and stewardship practices • Establish automated reconciliation, validation, testing, and monitoring processes • Serve as senior technical authority for data architecture and engineering • Oversee data models, integrations, SQL development, performance optimization, and deployment standards • Manage external development partners, consultants, and contractors using Agile delivery methodologies • Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and advisory board members • Drive organization-wide adoption of analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities through change management, training, and data literacy initiatives • Define and maintain security, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices • Support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, lead scoring, and AI-driven insights • Present project progress, technical strategy, risks, adoption metrics, and business impact to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, analytics, CRM systems, or data platform management • Experience leading enterprise data transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives • Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data platforms • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, CRM integrations, and data migration projects • Knowledge of data governance, master data management, privacy regulations, and data quality frameworks • Experience managing technical vendors, consultants, or external development teams • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders • Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English at CEFR B2 or higher • Legal authorization to work in Mexico • Residence in the Mexico City metropolitan area • Availability to occasionally work outside standard local business hours • Preferred: experience with dbt, cloud data platforms, modern analytics ecosystems, AI, machine learning, agentic AI, intelligent automation, GDPR, CPRA, executive reporting, organizational change management, user adoption, enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, customer data platforms, CRM modernization, or large-scale data migration projects
