• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for TLI’s courses and programmes • Promote TLI’s offerings to individuals, institutions, organizations, and corporate clients • Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners, clients, and stakeholders • Convert leads into confirmed enrolments, contracts, or partnerships • Represent TLI professionally in business development engagements • Provide periodic updates on prospects and closed deals • Attend quarterly in-person meetings and check-ins with TLI management
• Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing, or partnerships (formal or informal) • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently and self-motivate • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to close deals • Strong network within Ghana’s corporate, financial, legal, or education sectors (preferred) • Own laptop/smartphone and reliable internet access (if working remotely) • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
