📋 Description

• Diligently update and maintain the HubSpot CRM and sales pipeline to ensure data integrity and process efficiency. • Establish and manage internal and client-facing reminders and follow-ups to maintain consistent engagement. • Provide comprehensive support for meetings and events, including preparation, professional introductions, and post-event follow-ups. • Conduct thorough research on clients and events, managing all necessary signups and bookings. • Oversee complex calendar management, scheduling requirements, and logistical arrangements. • Efficiently organize email inboxes, draft professional replies, send timely follow-ups, and proactively identify missed opportunities. • Pre-draft high-quality emails for review by the sales team to streamline communication workflows. • Assist in the strategic preparation and creation of impactful sales presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills are required, including polished client correspondence and professional communication with US-based stakeholders. • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in identifying missed opportunities and managing sales workflows. • Previous experience with CRM systems, with a strong preference for HubSpot CRM management and pipeline maintenance. • Proficient in handling complex inbox triage, calendar management, and conducting thorough strategic research. • Extremely detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to internal and client-facing follow-up coordination.
