📋 Description

‱ Own the day-to-day revenue operations, working in close and direct alignment with the CEO ‱ Lead a lean sales organization, ensure daily pipeline excellence, proper division of labor, and consistent target achievement ‱ Design, test, and rapidly iterate on multi-channel outbound sequences, cold calling/email scripts, and inbound playbooks ‱ Cultivate a transparent, high-energy, and zero-ego startup culture

🎯 Requirements

‱ 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development ‱ Proven track record of working directly with a CEO or executive founders ‱ Experience building process-heavy operations in flat organizations ‱ Deep tactical comfort with setting up CRM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) ‱ Experience with distributed remote teams ‱ Full availability to work directly during US Eastern and Pacific Timezone hours
