📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, screen, and present candidates for marketing, sales, operations, and other positions • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and set realistic requirements • Review, develop, and revise job descriptions and specifications for vacancies • Search for candidates through databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, and other sources • Draft recruitment advertisements and place ads in effective digital media • Identify candidates and assess qualifications through resumes, interviews, and other communications • Interview candidates and create profile summaries for clients • Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers • Maintain contact with candidates and provide process updates • Maintain and correctly use the Applicant Tracking System • Create and maintain a presence in the marketplace • Attend online job fairs and industry conferences • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Paid Media, Sales, or related jobs • Degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field; successful performance in a similar role will be considered instead • Advanced C1/C2 level of English • Proficiency with Zoho Recruit or another HR CRM • Previous experience with Slack, Asana, Loom, or similar tools • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Great interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments • Proactive and positive attitude • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite • Availability during CST US time zone
