📋 Description

• Build, audit, and manage systems for lead scoring, assignment, and instant routing • Build, test, and maintain outreach and nurturing sequences within sales platforms • Monitor sequence performance and iterate on copy and messaging in alignment with sales goals • Ensure deal-stage progression and data cleanliness across active pipelines • Lead execution if/when growth data migrates from monday.com into HubSpot • Operationalize and own onboarding pipelines for new community members • Track partnership pipeline conversations, manage event/webinar logistics, and support ecosystem growth • Build and maintain internal Claude agents embedded within Make.com workflows • Establish human-in-the-loop checkpoints for automated AI workflows • Analyze existing systems, fix bugs, and deploy integrations to eliminate operational bottlenecks • Optimize connections between HubSpot, monday.com, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Granola • Help the internal team integrate Claude workflows and system automations into daily routines • Prepare templates, client folders, and initial materials for new engagement kickoffs • Track and organize high-level fulfillment tasks during active engagements • Report directly to the Chief of Staff and provide dotted-line support to the CEO, Head of Community & Partnerships, and Head of Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Ops, or Growth Operations • Strong, demonstrable knowledge of building automated workflows • Mastery of tools like Make.com, Zapier, or Workato is required • Deep experience in modern CRMs/Project Management tools, e.g., HubSpot, monday.com, Salesforce, ClickUp, Asana • Strong understanding of, or passion to master, Claude prompting and agent frameworks for business efficiency • Ability to design highly automated tech stacks while maintaining practical quality control and human review standards • Experience auditing existing setups, finding structural flaws, and reinforcing systems • Exceptional ability to translate technical, automated, or workflow changes into clear, simple instructions for the internal team • Ability to communicate effectively with external clients or executive leaders when required • Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to identifying and fixing operational breakdowns
