📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and the Scrum framework • Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth delivery • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization • Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders • Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams and departments • Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams when required • Drive adoption of Agile best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards • Mentor new Scrum Masters and contribute to the Agile community within the organization • Facilitate cross-team coordination for dependencies and shared deliverables • Advocate for continuous learning by organizing workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required • Additional Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, ICAgile) are a plus • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) • 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments • Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
