📋 Description
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and the Scrum framework. • Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth delivery. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization. • Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders. • Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams and departments. • Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams when required. • Drive adoption of Agile best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards. • Mentor new Scrum Masters and contribute to the Agile community within the organization. • Facilitate cross-team coordination for dependencies and shared deliverables. • Assist in defining and refining team goals and objectives aligned with business priorities. • Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization. • Support risk management and proactively address delivery challenges. • Champion team health by monitoring workload, morale, and engagement. • Ensure proper use of Agile tools and maintain accurate documentation in Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. • Participate in release planning and help align sprint goals with release objectives. • Advocate for continuous learning by organizing workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required. • Additional Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, ICAgile) are a plus. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management principles. • 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. • Proven track record of delivering projects in fast-paced, high-pressure settings. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. • Exposure to scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is desirable.
