📋 Description

• Drive monthly sales numbers and revenue growth, consistently surpassing goals • Seek opportunities to enhance personal and team performance • Implement sales strategies to achieve results and maximize program enrollments • Conduct applicant interviews to assess eligibility, inspire interest, and recommend the ideal program • Use Gmail, Zoom, Calendly, and Google Calendar to manage communication • Maintain organized applicant follow-ups using effective communication strategies • Respond promptly to inquiries, aiming for responses within 24 hours • Enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques through learning and training • Apply feedback from training sessions, call shadowing, and reviews • Share best practices and support team members • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho; Salesforce experience is a plus) • Native-level English • Spanish proficiency is a bonus • Exceptional phone skills with a professional, persuasive manner and strong emotional intelligence • Passion for connecting with people globally and appreciating the value of international internships • Proven ability to hit targets and think creatively to achieve goals • Strong attention to detail and cultural awareness • Home office space • A personal computer to work from • Submit a brief cover letter addressed to Dolly Mahtani and a resume/CV in English
