📋 Description
• Complete USCIS forms including N-400, I-130, I-485, and DACA forms using client-provided information • Review forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USCIS requirements • Organize and maintain immigration case files • Monitor case progress and ensure timely updates • Support preparation and submission of USCIS forms • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate case documentation • Participate in training sessions and team meetings • Refer clients to attorneys when legal advice is needed
🎯 Requirements
• Law student or recent law graduate with a strong interest in immigration law • Prior experience in legal support or case management • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working independently and adapting to flexible schedule • Ability to provide clerical and administrative support only; legal advice, representation, and case strategy are not part of the role
