📋 Description

• Support clinical supplies operations and administrative activities for low- to moderate-complexity clinical supplies studies • Ensure activities comply with company good practices and client requirements • Participate in and support department project teams • Coordinate or serve as a liaison cross-functionally • Provide financial support to project managers • Analyze project data and manage budgets for project teams • Maintain traceability of finances associated with global clinical trial projects • Track indirect and pass-through costs • Provide project financial status reports to managers • Prepare quotations and budgets for unplanned or out-of-scope work • Complete initial resource allocations in the ERP system • Handle centralized processing of purchase requisitions

🎯 Requirements

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • At least 2 years of previous relevant experience • Intermediate English and good written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills • Planning and analytical skills • Good analytical skills and ability to handle diverse and confidential issues • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail • Ability to adapt to changes and handle high-pressure situations • Ability to work independently with moderate direct supervision and in a team environment • Ability to use appropriate communication channels to voice concerns and suggestions • In some cases, an equivalency combining appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience may satisfy the requirements
