📋 Description

• Provide administrative, reporting, contractual, and financial support related to processing payments to investigative sites • Manage end-to-end site payments accurately and on time • Generate payment requests, track status, and manage invoice data in Veeva Clinical • Collaborate with CTM on fee schedule setup using standardized templates aligned to study-specific visits, procedures, and payment triggers • Process payments based on key study milestones, such as site close-out or termination • Compile data, resolve issues and risks, and ensure adherence to contractual guidelines and country regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Bachelor's degree preferred • Technical positions may require a certificate • At least 1 year of previous relevant experience • Excellent organizational skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Affinity for numbers and cost figures • Accuracy and detail orientation when operating with data • Fluency in English • Working experience in Clinical Operations preferred • Professional Training in Business Administration or equivalent
