📋 Description

• Lead patient-centric medical writing projects focused on Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) • Collaborate with internal, client, and cross-functional teams • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, forecasts, and contract modifications • Ensure timely delivery and quality of projects and documents for internal and external clients • Build client relationships and identify and resolve client management issues • Develop, monitor, and adapt project plans, timelines, and budgets • Serve as liaison with other departments on contract modifications • Lead team meetings and communicate regularly to maintain timelines, resources, and quality • Prepare and monitor timelines and provide status updates to escalation points • Review projects using tracking and management tools • Evaluate, escalate, and resolve risks affecting project quality, budget, or timeline • Ensure compliance with quality processes and requirements • Review and manage project performance metrics
