📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Own overall cross-functional project delivery across time, cost, and quality • Manage project-level financial stewardship, including contracts, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity, change management, negotiations, and timelines • Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations • Lead risk identification and issue resolution at project level through RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements • Mentor team members • Develop or contribute to process improvement initiatives • Lead increasingly complex projects, including multi-service, multi-region/country, therapeutically complex, and financially complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, supported by relevant academic or vocational qualifications • 8+ years of previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload and resources in a frequently changing environment • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • In-depth therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Advanced knowledge of cross-functional project management principles (Time, Quality, Cost) • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Strong customer service skills • Good judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical strategic thinking skills • Strong negotiation skills and cross-cultural awareness • Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecast, and resource management • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to comply with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
