📋 Description

• Draft protocols, reports, and other project deliverables • Interact with clients and contribute to strategic thinking under the direction of senior staff • Lead scientific coordination and project management across multiple projects • Design and implement de novo data collection projects, including retrospective, prospective, and cross-sectional projects • Provide scientific guidance and consultation on methodological and operational considerations of project design and conduct • Lead or coordinate development of protocols, analysis plans, case report forms, survey questions, and reports • Engage with project sponsors, physicians, clinical sites, and other relevant contacts • Monitor project budget spend and manage timelines for scientific tasks and deliverables • Serve as Principal Investigator on some client engagements, with responsibility for project budgets, deliverables, and timelines • Lead or coordinate development of abstracts and manuscripts • Contribute to business development through proposal development, sales-cycle participation, conference attendance, and presentations • Supervise or mentor junior staff and interns as needed • Collaborate with clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, and data analysts • Contribute to training materials and process improvements • Participate in client calls and address questions about assigned work • Contribute to client and project strategy under senior-staff direction

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in epidemiology or closely related field, or MSc with 3–5 years of relevant experience • Previous experience in consultancy and/or CRO environment highly desirable • Experience with de novo data collection (field) projects, particularly non-interventional designs, preferred • Good understanding of epidemiologic methodology • Working knowledge of MS Office software • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese • Ability to communicate and document information effectively in written English • Ability to produce well-organized, error-free scientific reports, presentations, emails, and other written deliverables • Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Ability to quickly learn and apply new information, skills, and procedures • Proactive and positive approach to tasks and projects • Resilience when encountering process, project, budget, or client changes • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience presenting ideas to individuals and groups in a formal presentation setting • Ability to understand client needs and recommend solutions • Sound professional judgment in analyzing, responding to, and resolving enquiries, issues, and escalations
