📋 Description
• Gestión de proyectos SAP • Planificación global, seguimiento y control de proyectos SAP HR/HCM • Gestión de alcance, tiempos, presupuesto y control financiero • Coordinación de equipos funcionales, técnicos, negocio y proveedores • Identificación, gestión y mitigación de riesgos y dependencias • Gestión de stakeholders (negocio, IT, dirección, comité de proyecto) • Reporting ejecutivo a dirección y PMO • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la metodología y estándares SAP
🎯 Requirements
• Más de 8 años de experiencia en proyectos SAP • SAP HR TIME MANAGEMENT – Nivel Expert • Al menos 3–5 años liderando proyectos SAP HR/HCM • Experiencia en implantaciones, rollouts y transformaciones HCM • Experiencia o conocimiento en integraciones/migraciones con SAP SuccessFactors (muy valorado) • Participación en proyectos SAP S/4HANA (valorable) • Conocimiento profundo de procesos HR: PA / OM, Payroll, Time Management, RRHH end‑to‑end • Sólida experiencia gestionando equipos y proyectos en entornos multinacionales • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interlocución con negocio
