📋 Description

• Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads and other paid media platforms • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily for pacing and efficiency • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights • Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies • Collaborate with the Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on campaign strategy • Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients • Share proactive insights and best-practice suggestions with the wider team • Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion • Learn new platforms such as TikTok Ads • Manage approximately 15–20 smaller client accounts • Progress toward supporting client communication and broader campaign strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Minimum 1 year of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads) • Fundamental skills in Excel or Google Sheets (training will be provided) • Strong attention to detail • High level of project management experience • Clear communicator and dependable team player • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently • Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution • Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes • Preferred but not required: At least 1 year of agency-side experience • Preferred but not required: Google Looker Studio experience • Preferred but not required: Familiarity with Google Analytics and similar analytics platforms • Preferred but not required: Confidence communicating with internal clients and presenting insights • Preferred but not required: Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation • Preferred but not required: Knowledge of Tag Manager and Search Console • Preferred but not required: Enhanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts) • Preferred but not required: Experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads
