📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to the founder • Own the group P&L, including revenue, margin and cash flow • Turn big ideas into clear priorities, plans and results • Lead Straightcurve’s expansion into the USA • Grow the UK business • Scale Australia while keeping it profitable • Identify and validate the next market opportunity • Align, support and enable the sales, operations, marketing and international leads • Set priorities across the business so work moves without bottlenecks • Build structures that let each market run itself • Work side by side with the founder across Australia and global markets • Travel across Australia and overseas a few times a year

🎯 Requirements

• Real fluency with P&Ls, balance sheets, budgets and cash flow • Proof you’ve built or scaled something: a business, a market or a team • A systems mind: you see how the pieces connect and build structure that lasts • The ability to lead strong, independent people without micromanaging them • Comfort with ambiguity, backed by the judgement to know when to push and when to pause • Curiosity about the world, and a drive to always find ways to make things better • Permanent Australian work rights
