📋 Description

• Drive project excellence in Performance Programs implementing growth strategies • Oversee success of priority brands and partnerships, including household names • Mentor and develop team members, provide feedback and support • Enhance performance marketing by leading company-level initiatives and discussions • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders for project planning and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing • Proven experience managing media spends exceeding $500k USD per month • Experience with multi-channel, full-funnel marketing campaigns • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or Tableau • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior members • Strong client management skills, including strategic recommendations and effective communication • Ability to innovate and solve complex problems in performance marketing
