📋 Description
• Own the technical leadership of ThrivoOS • Set the architecture • Coordinate freelance senior engineer • Work directly with CTO to define architecture and stack • Design and build event-sourced backend architecture • Multi-tenant data architecture • Advisory workflow engine • AI integration • Set engineering culture from day one
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years of backend engineering in production systems • Event Sourcing and CQRS in practice • Domain-Driven Design • PostgreSQL • AWS or comparable hyperscaler • Experience in regulated environments • Senior enough to make architectural decisions independently • CET timezone
