📋 Description

• Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist. • Manage inbox rotation, domain warm-up, sending infrastructure, and A/B testing. • Handle list enrichment and monitor replies to identify quality leads. • Build email automations and nurturing sequences in GoHighLevel or similar platforms. • Segment, clean, and manage contact lists to maximize engagement and deliverability. • Create and send newsletters and announcements to existing leads and clients. • Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. • Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, and make ongoing optimizations based on performance. • Track and report on campaign performance weekly with actionable insights. • Maintain high deliverability and engagement rates across all outbound communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, focused on lead generation. • Experience running cold email campaigns with tools like Instantly or Lemlist. • Proficiency with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot. • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and basic funnel strategy. • Fluent in English — excellent written and verbal communication required. • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Preferred: Experience in high-ticket or U.S.-based service businesses. • Preferred: Familiarity with private aviation, luxury travel, or concierge services. • Preferred: Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or Figma. • Preferred: Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting.
